KereK fully endeavors to protect the confidentiality of data from our customers, partners, suppliers and visitors to our site and on the KereKGroup and Syncro-Markeplace portals. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where necessary to provide our services, e.g. to provide for the shipment of a product, verify the creditworthiness and perform other security checks, perform customer research and process the profiles of the same or if we have been expressly authorized by you to do so. But in any case will be transmitted only and exclusively the information strictly necessary to perform the service without the disclosure of sensitive or confidential data.

Until now KEREK has applied the code for the protection of personal data (commonly known as the privacy code) is a rule of the Italian Republic, issued by the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, in force since 1 January 2004. Here is what it foresees and how it is used and integrated into the RGPD Law of 25 May 2018 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data).

Your Consent
We will not give your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to third parties (excluding partners through which you have accessed our site) without your authorization.

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store we can update it occasionally on our new products, news and special offers via e-mail, mail and telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to choose whether to receive such communications from us and from selected third parties at the time of joining KereK as a member.
